LearnTech Implements Knowledge-Centered Service Approach to Enhance Self-Service Offerings

The Instructional Technology Support (IST) team revamped its process for creating and publishing knowledge articles to enhance self-service resources for faculty and staff. In addition, a new Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) channel exists in the DELTA Slack workspace to expand the reach beyond the LearnTech team across campus.
