In May, DELTA-Con was held in the Center for Technology and Innovation with 40 attendees. The in-person event included faculty, staff and graduate students from area higher education institutions.

DELTA Teams Nominated for NC State IT Community Awards

In 2022, two DELTA teams were nominated for the NC State IT Community Awards, which recognizes teams and individuals that make a significant collaborative impact. The Innovative Learning Spaces and Support and Moodle 4 Upgrade teams were both acknowledged for their incredible efforts.

Four DELTA staff members, Angela Hallman, Jiakaira Dixon, Dan Spencer and Yan Shen were honored as nominees for the Provost’s Unit Awards for Excellence at a luncheon celebration. Congratulations to all for going above and beyond expectations in their respective roles!

DELTA’s 2021-22 Pride of the Wolfpack and Cheers for Peers Awards

Five DELTA employees have been honored with the Pride of the Wolfpack award, given to SHRA and EHRA employees for a special or unique contribution to their college, business unit or NC State University. Additionally, five staff members were awarded with the Cheers for Peers award.

DELTA Online and Distance Education (ODE) Program Manager Alexis Lockett won one of the 12 NC State University Awards for Excellence on June 8, the most prestigious award non-faculty employees can earn at NC State.
