NC State Online graduate Daniel Lussier finishes his degree in December of 2022 from Master of Parks, Recreation, Tourism and Sports Management program while also earning a Graduate Certificate in Sports and Entertainment Venue Management. A social annotation tool called Perusall and IntelliBoard, a learning analytics dashboard tool are just a few of the topics covered. Overviews and in-depth sessions will be offered on most tools.

Introductory environmental science course used a DELTA Critical Path Grant to refresh course content. Voluntary case study leaders serve as examples of the different paths taken to find the career which is the best fit for each person.

New Style on the Block: WolfWare WordPress Edition

There is a new Gutenberg “Block Editor” default setting in WolfWare Wordpress which makes site navigation easier. Also, the “block” style is more graphically appealing for course website creation, Outreach, and Project sites.

Moodle Roadmap Plug-In: Developed at NC State and Available to the World

NC State faculty now have access to the Moodle Roadmap tool. Courses in which mastery of material in one unit is imperative for success in the following unit are excellent ones to incorporate Roadmap. Preliminary studies show student success increases when they feel empowered to self-regulate their academic journey.
