Tobey Completes Performance Leadership Program

Lead Instructional Designer Bethanne Tobey completed the Performance Leadership Program in June 2017 and since then has been working to implement the things she learned into her day-to-day work. Learning about interpersonal communication and leading change in organizations were beneficial topics for Tobey.
