2024 Spring DELTA Express Grants Recipients Announced

DELTA is pleased to announce a total of 15 Express Grants were awarded for the spring semester. Stretching across six colleges, there were seven Instructional Tools grants, five Course Mapping grants and three Course Accessibility grants.

DELTA Express Grants differ from DELTA Grants in that they are shorter and more directed toward course improvement which will last a semester as opposed to the traditional year. Faculty recipients will work with the Digital Learning team to enhance their course content through the Express Grant process.

  • Stacy Supak, College of Natural Resources, Instructional Tools Grant, Supporting Discussion & Collaboration in GIS 510 through Perusall
  • Matthew Parker, College of Sciences, Instructional Tools Grant, Enhancing student engagement by exploiting Perusall for meteorology lab assignments
  • Stephanie Mathews, College of Sciences, Instructional Tools Grant, Use of PlayPosit for increased engagement in MB351
  • Julia McKeown, College of Education, Instructional Tools Grant, Implementing Gamification in an Online Course focused on Developing E-Learning
