Mediasite server, recorder disc image and software versions
Production
- Server version: 7.0.30, Build 3791.
- Recorder disc image 7.1.14.
- Most current recorder build 7.1.14, Build 5015
Testing (7.2)
- Test server: 7.2.1, Build 1703
- Recorder disc image 7.1.14
- Recorder version: 7.1.14 Build 5015
Upgrading Mediasite Recorders
In the Mediasite Management Portal, Under “Recorders” > “Recorder updates”, you’ll see the Mediasite Recorder Restore Image dated March 19, 2018. That is the 7.1.14 disc image.
- The 7.1.14 image has the 4995 recorder build.
- But the most recent build is 5015
- To get the 5015 build, you’ll need to push the separate recorder version after re-imaging the recorder.
- The 5015 recorder build will work with the 7.1.13 image, so upgrading the recorder image is not required.
