Join us for the Summer Institute Open Elective Day

This Friday (May 21st) is the final day of our annual Summer Institute on Teaching & Learning with Technology. And as is tradition (well, a NEW tradition), we are opening up access to the Summer Institute workshops & seminars to all NCSU instructors & support staff.

Throughout the day, we are offering 12 different sessions – each lasting 50 minutes – as well as an Open Lab. Space is limited and registration is required, so don’t delay in securing your seat.

Our seminar topics (delivered by DELTA staff & our campus partners) include:

* Students Have “Gone Google,” What Does That Mean for Me?
* Mobile Computing, Now!
* A Gertrude Cox Award Winner’s Journey in Teaching with Technology
* Leveraging Teaching with Technology Experiences for Research and Publications
* Teaching and Learning with Technology at NC State: Findings from Multi-Year and Faculty Surveys
* Creating Community with Second Life

To see all topics, times and locations, see the online Friday schedule posted here:

And complete workshop & seminar descriptions are available online via our registration system.

All classes will be held in the DH Hill Library on the 2nd Floor of the East Wing. Signs will be posted to lead the way.

We hope to see you on May 21st!
