Zoom Licensing Updates at NC State

DELTA is pleased to announce updates to Zoom licenses for employees and students. 

For Permanent Employees

Each permanent employee now has a Webinar 500 license and a Large Meeting 500 license made available through the successful negotiation and strategic reorganization of our Zoom contract. This license is called the Zoom Enhanced license. 

This means there is no longer a need to borrow or purchase these licenses moving forward, unless you are using a generic account rather than an employee account. Now, these valuable tools are readily available to all permanent employees at no additional cost to the department or extra steps required to submit a request form.

For Students, Temporary Employees, and No-pay Employees 

Students, temporary employees and no-pay employees have a Zoom Standard license.
