We often use teamwork to help students practice communication, problem-solving, and planning. However, as instructors, creating learning environments that promote all participants to have rewarding group experiences is often challenging. In this session, we will discuss the importance of defining roles and fostering leadership in all. Join us to contribute to the discussion and share resources for implementing and facilitating successful team experiences.
