DELTA Announces Spring 2025 Express Grant Recipients
DELTA is delighted to announce the 12 recipients of our Spring 2025 Express Grants in Course Mapping, Course Accessibility and Instructional Tools!
DELTA Express Grants differ from DELTA Grants in that they are just one semester in duration and focus exclusively on course improvement projects. Faculty grant recipients will work with DELTA’s Digital Learning team throughout spring semester 2025 to enhance their courses using our many enterprise learning technologies.
Instructional Tools Grants Recipients
The Instructional Tools Grant assists faculty who want to create effective learning activities or materials using existing NC State enterprise digital learning tools, such as Moodle, Gradescope, H5P, Panopto, Perusall, PlayPosit, Yellowdig and many others.

Course Mapping Grants Recipients
With Course Mapping Express Grants, DELTA experts partner with faculty to create a visual representation of how the learning objectives, materials, activities and assessments of a course align with its learning objectives. The process encourages learner-centered backward design principles, starting with the course completion learning objectives in mind, to help build more meaningful learning experiences.

Course Accessibility Grants Recipients
First offered in fall of 2023, these semester-long initiatives pair DELTA experts with NC State instructors to identify research-based strategies for removing or decreasing barriers to equitable course access. The grants focus on both big picture issues, like accessibility and usability of course spaces in Moodle, and specific technological challenges, such as converting documents to formats compatible with screen readers.
Congratulations to the Spring 2025 Course Accessibility grants recipient:
